Bridget’s transition into Commercial Real Estate began in January of 2016 from Residential Real Estate. She has been a licensed Real Estate Broker-Salesperson since 2006 with Keller Williams Realty. She oversees her Residential Team who handles her residential business and operates under Bridget Atterbom Group, Commercial and Residential Services.

Bridget Atterbom, a resident of Las Vegas since July of 2009, began her career in Real Estate in February of 2006 with Keller Williams Realty. In her role, she focuses on development: including sales and acquisitions of commercial buildings comprised of office, warehouse, retail centers and multifamily. Tenant and landlord representation and land sales are also part of her practice. Prior to Real Estate she owned and operated several national retail chain franchises. She has over 36 years of experience in customer service and sales and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

Since 2017 Bridget has completed Foundations for Success in Commercial Real Estate, Financial Analysis for CRE, Market Analysis for CRE, and CRE Negotiations courses through CCIM. She is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie Training.

Bridget is a Director on the Board for Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) and has been elected as Treasurer for 2020. A member of National and Southern Nevada Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) she is actively pursuing her designation as a CCIM. She also belongs to the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR). Bridget is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, a professional organization with a rigid Code of Ethics and a set of standards which exceed those imposed by the state licensing agency. She serves on the Education Committee for CCIM, Membership Committee for CALV and spends time volunteering for Project 150 and Three Square.

Before Real Estate, and after attending the University of New Mexico, Bridget owned and operated several national retail chain franchises. She was involved in small business franchise operations and sales since the age of 15, over 36 years! She obtained her Real Estate License in February of 2006 and immediately joined Keller Williams Realty.

As a full-time Broker Salesperson, Bridget believes in going above and beyond for her clients. She personally understands the importance of excellence in customer service. Marketing a property to sell, Bridget joins in a partnership with sellers to get their property sold. This requires constant communication between her team and the client regarding keeping the client informed about the constantly changing market and walking the seller through the entire process of the sale of the property. Once an offer is received, Bridget’s strong negotiation skills on behalf of her sellers are exercised.

Always remembering to put herself in her “Buyer’s Shoes,” she knows how important it is to listen to her buyers and practice the highest level of patience. She understands buyers typically start out wanting very specific details in their purchase and by the end of their search they find themselves choosing a property very different from their initial thought process. Bridget walks her buyers through the entire process from start to finish including follow up after the purchase has been made. She believes in developing relationships with her clients to become their “life-long real estate specialist.”

There are over 14,000 licensed real estate agents in Clark County and only 2,200 of those 14,000 have obtained a Broker Salesperson license. Bridget is one of the top 16% to have qualified for a Broker license. What does this mean? Bridget is a highly educated agent and is more qualified to help you than the other 84% of licensees here in Clark County. Further to that, Bridget is proud to be a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, a professional organization with a rigid Code of Ethics and a set of standards which exceed those imposed by the state licensing agency. Not all real estate licensees choose to be members of this elite organization of professionals, nor do they practice their profession on a full-time basis, as Bridget does.

Bridget continues to further her education and training in Real Estate. She served as a member of the Education Committee at the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS and Keller Williams Realty. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) specially equipping her to negotiate on behalf of her seller and buyer clients making each transaction a win.
